Gina:

My husband and I were new to searching for daycare options for our daughter.  After seeing several home daycares in action, it was evident that Nicole's Tot-Time was the place for Anabel.  With fine and gross-motor areas, a craft table, story and music zones, as well as rotating themes and nutritious meal planning.  Tot-Time was always a happy, fun, educational, and safe environment for our daughter.  Nicole's efforts in planning various field trips, maintaining her amazing website, and providing monthly newsletters were much appreciated.  Nicole always greeted us with a smile.  She consistently provided all the necessary feedback regarding Anabel's daily habits.  As for Anabel, she loved being with Nicole and the kids.  She thrived in Tot-Time's stimulating environment and even continues to ask abut the gang, now that she is on maternity leave.  I could not have wished for a more magical place for Anabel to learn and grow.

Amanda:

Thank you to you and your family.  The months that Jamie has been with you have been great.  I feel that he was always safe and loved.  I can only hope that someday I may be able to repay all the kindness you have shown me and my family.

Michelle:

Thank you Nicole for the wonderful time and are that you have given us.  We will definitely miss you.  We hope that we will be able to see you and the girls as we can continue in our lives.  You won't be forgotten.

Annie:

Thank you for your good work, Nicole!

We really are lucky to have you to care for Maxim & Guillaume.  They like you so much!  It is so much easier to go to work with a quiet mind because they are happy to see you in the mornings (thankfully, they are also happy to see us again at the end of the day!)

Merci encore et ...

Christie:

Just wanted to say thank you all for really being like a second family to Curtis and Catherine while we are away at work.  I must say I never worry when they are there; I know they get lots of TLC and attention.

Thanks so much.

Allison:

Having our first child and trying to find care for him when I went back to work I thought would be a challenge;  Then we found Nicole.  She made it so easy to leave my son and go to work.  I never once worried about his safety or worried about him not getting loving care.  Our son loves Nicole.  He thrives in her daycare setting and she is very intuitive to all of her little kiddies.  Our son has blossomed in her care with story time, crafts, and especially music time.  Nicole shares the same beliefs in parenting as we do so the transition for our son from our home to hers is a fairly easy one.  Nicole has such a pleasant manner about her, and the kids all listen to her and what she says goes.  They all respect and love her.  I believe Nicole is one of the most wonderful child care givers I have met and it is so sad for us to see her go and close her beloved daycare  I would highly recommend Nicole to any parent wishing to place their child in her care or to any daycare agency she may apply to.

We will all miss her terribly and we wish her all the best in the future

Marc:

This letter is to confirm that Nicole has provided care for our older son Maxim since Jan 2001 and for our youngest son Guillaume since Sept 2002 (to May 2003).  During that period, she has shown a high dedication to their welfare and safety.  Her constant calm and smiling attitude was comforting for our sons.  They were always welcomed to cuddle and hug.

We also have appreciated her efforts to improve her French (taking French courses), in order to better communicate with Maxim & Guillaume.

Nicole's discipline technique have proven to be efficient and her feedback with us concerning the details she worried about (tiredness, whining, not eating well, fever) was well appreciated from my wife and I.  We have complete trust in her competence as a childcare provider and we recommend her without hesitation..

Rhonda:

In the past three years I have seen Nicole interacting with her own daughters and other children she cared for  I have found Nicole to be patient, kind, and understanding towards the needs of all children under her care.  Nicole's easy and friendly rapport allows her to quickly form an open communication
between herself and both children and adults.  When my own son was born I knew and I trust Nicole to give Alliston the care and attention he deserves.  On many occasions I have phoned Nicole asking for parental advice on raising Al.

Raylene:

Nicole's well spoken ways and pleasant attitude is always uplifting to my son and I.  He is always well taken care of and looks forward to returning.  Its a relief to finally find a caregiver who takes care of him the way I feel is proper.
