Trays What are job trays? Job trays are trays that are available during specific times to assist a child in learning or mastering specific skills while having fun. All job trays assist in the development of fine motor skills which is part of the foundation for skills such as writing. Here are some samples of job trays that we love :)  Hand & eye coordination, creativity, and balancing objects  Creativity  Counting, sorting, and hand & eye coordination  Science and problem solving  Pincer grasp  Problem solving skills and pincer grasp  Beginning sorting, organizing, and counting skills (5 green balls in Elmo, 5 blue in Oscar, and 5 orange in Cookie Monster)  Pincer grasp and sorting  Patterning  Sorting and classifying  Creativity and dramatic play  Basic counting (task is to put 2 beads in each hole) |
