Enrollment Information

1.  Complete the 'request for care' form and I will respond as soon as possible

• Please provide as much information as possible to enable me to determine if I can meet your childcare needs.

2.  Schedule and conduct a daycare visit

• Daycare visit times: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings between 5:30 - 8:30 pm.  Please feel free to ask for a weekend visit, however weekends will be based on availability.  Please note that there are no daycare visits during daycare when daycare children are present

• The daycare visit is approximately 1 - 2 hours in length.  You will be given a tour of the daycare and then we will be able to exchange questions and answers.  The purpose of this visit is to determine if Nicole's Tot-Time Daycare is the best fit for your family and if your family is the best fit for Daycare

• I may interview several families for one space over a short period of time.  Please email me if you are interested in being considered for the space or if your daycare needs change

3.  When we decide we would like to work together you will have a choice of a) receiving the parent handbook via email or b) I can meet you at your home and cover the parent handbook in person

• Once you have had an opportunity to read the parent handbook, you will have an opportunity to ask questions or clarification.  

• Paperwork includes:  Agreement for Care, Child intake form, Permission forms, Alternate person form and Field Trip permission form

• A space is not confirmed until all paperwork and deposit is received.
