why Nicole's Tot-Time Daycare is
unique ...
1) Contract,
policies, and updates are easily accessible via the Parents' Pages of
Nicole's Tot-Time Website.
2) Assistance in holiday planning as
parents
as Parents
have access to Nicole's Tot-Time's calendars
through their Parents' Pages. Monthly
calendars are posted between 6 - 12 months in advance with daycare closures.
3) Access to pictures of our
activities, events, and outings! Each month I post pictures in the
Parents' pages of the daycare children. This allows you to
see some of our fun we are having.

The Parents' Pages have password protection at the server level.
Each set of parents have their own user name and password.
5) I have a quint stroller which
allows
us to travel easily to play groups, play dates, and outings. I
also have 5 car seats professionally installed in my 8 seat van.
Each car seat is set up specifically for each child. This allows me to
be completely mobile if an emergency occurs and for outings that require us
to travel.
6) I have reasonable access to back up
care, When my
husband and daughters are able to help
they will provide back up child care
as needed.
However, it is always best for families to have their own back up plan in
place.
7) I have an open door policy which
allows parents reasonable access to the daycare during daycare hours.
The daycare door has a keypad lock which each set of parents have their own
door
code. This enables parents to enter the
daycare without having to wait for the door to be answered
and allows security in knowing the house is locked.
8) Evening care is
available in my home
or yours with childcare
being provided by Carissia or Sammy. The children are familiar with my
daughters as they help out with daycare regularly. Once a month we have a
date night in which parents do not have to pick up until 10 pm
in which Sammy provides childcare.
9) I have a portion of the house
dedicated solely to daycare. This allows for a unique set up and more
specialized daycare operations.

I have a daily blog in the Parents Pages of the website. In this blog
you will be able to read about our day, some of the activities we have done,
what we had for lunch*, and how well the children napped*. (*only included
when I have children younger than 18 months in care)

I have made a conscience decision to be as eco-friendly as possible.
When possible detol is used for daily cleaning instead of harsh cleaners and
the floors are cleaned with a steam cleaner vs mopping with chemicals. AND
12) I love working with children!
