Things that make Nicole's Tot-Time Daycare Special

1)  Access to your handbook via Nicole's Tot-Time's website.  In the parent's pages you will find a section which contains policies and procedures, any related forms, and updates which pertain to the policies.

2)  Access to Nicole's Tot-Time's calendar which will aid in planning holidays and days off.  Monthly calendars are posted between 3 - 6 months in advance.

3)  Access to children's pictures!  Each month I post pictures in the pass worded parents pages of the daycare children.  This allows you to see some of our activities and fun we are having.

4)  Families have 5 non-paid days that can be used when child is sick or for holidays.

5)  I have a quint stroller which allows me to travel easily to play groups, play dates, and outings.  I also have 5 car seats professionally installed in my 8 seater van.  Each car seat is set up specifically for each child.  This allows me to be completely mobile if an emergency occurs and for outings that require us to travel.

6) I have reasonable access to back up care, as my husband and daughter are able to help as needed.  In addition to family, I have friends who are familiar to the children who are able to temporarily provide back up care as needed.

7)  I have an open door policy which allows parents reasonable access to the daycare during daycare hours.  The daycare door has a keypad lock which parents have the code.  This enables parents to enter the daycare without having to wait for the door to be answered.

8)  Evening care is available in my home or yours by Carissia.  The children are familiar with Carissia as she helps out with daycare when she is able.  Once a month we have a date night in which parents do not have to pick up until 10 pm.  Carissia is now available to baby-sit in your home.

9)  I have a portion of the house dedicated solely to daycare.  This allows for a unique set up and more specialized daycare operations.

10) I love working with children!
